The Independent Living Resource Center of Northeast Florida (ILRC) serves all individuals with any type of disability in the counties of Duval, Clay, Nassau, Baker & St. Johns. The ILRC is part of a national network of Centers for Independent Living (CILs) that were created to advocate independence and self-empowerment for the disability community. The ILRC is consumer driven and offers over 20 programs, at no-charge, to our community.
