The mission of the Boy Scouts of America is to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices in their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scouts Oath and Law. Jack Sears is Scout Executive/CEO for the North Florida Council, Boy Scouts of America, serving 47,000 youth and 5,700 adult volunteers within 17 counties of North Florida. He began his professional Scouting career 29 years ago in Orlando; serving also in Georgia and New York before coming to Jacksonville in 2007.
