Dreams Come True of Jacksonville is the only First Coast-based organization that fulfills the dreams of children diagnosed with life-threatening medical conditions who reside or receive treatment in Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia. As such, 100 percent of donations are applied directly to dream fulfillment, unless the donor designates otherwise.
