Operated by the nonprofit St. Andrew's Lighthouse, Inc., and located on the Mayo Clinic Florida campus in Jacksonville, Gabriel House of Care offers comfort and peace of mind to families requiring long-term medical care away from home. Every day in the United States, thousands of people wait for life-saving organ and bone marrow transplants and thousands more seek treatments for cancer-related illnesses. Far from home for weeks or even months, the emotional and financial burdens can be overwhelming. Guests at Gabriel House of Care will never face these burdens alone. Our staff, volunteers and other patients and caregivers are here to provide friendship, compassion and support during these difficult times.
