Jax Path is a non-profit (501c3) organization based in Jacksonville, Florida. Our mission is to empower individuals transitioning from incarceration by providing safe, affordable, and supportive housing, along with comprehensive resources and programs. We aim to facilitate successful reintegration into society, reduce recidivism, and promote community well-being through education, employment support, and life skills training.
