As our name suggests, we offer our artisan sandwiches served on one of 8 house-baked breads, or as sharable sandwich boards with house-made rosemary focaccia rolls, perfect for larger meals or mixing and matching with friends and family. The menu is seasonal and inspired by a love for fresh made breads, artisan meats and cheeses, locally sourced produce, a passion for jamming and pickling, and a tradition of slow smoking and braising meats and vegetables. Our recipes are based in classic regional Americana and Southern cooking, as well as international flavors from the Mediterranean to the Far East.
