Natural Life is a Florida-based wellness retailer built on a simple premise: people deserve straight answers before they spend money on their health. We opened our first store in Tallahassee in 2018 and now operate locations across North Florida, including two in the Jacksonville area.

The company started with one of our founder's younger brothers. He spent years cycling through treatments that did not work, and side effects that were sometimes worse than what they were meant to fix, before a plant-based option finally gave him relief. Nobody had ever properly explained that option to our family. We had to find it ourselves. That experience, the frustration of navigating an industry full of confident marketing and very little real guidance, is why Natural Life exists and why we built the business around education instead of upselling.

Our Jacksonville store sits on Kernan Blvd S, minutes from the University of North Florida, serving the UNF campus, East Arlington, Intracoastal West, Southside and the St. Johns Town Center area. This location is best known for its kratom selection: 90+ lab-tested strains sold as powder by the gram, plus capsules, extracts and packaged brands. We also carry hemp-derived cannabinoid products, kava, functional mushrooms, topicals, supplements and pet wellness. Every supplier is vetted and third-party tested, and certificates of analysis are available on request for anything on our shelves.

What customers notice first is that nobody rushes them. Consultations are free, walk-ins are welcome, and no question is too basic.
