Each year, the Jax Chamber Councils select a Small Business Leader of the Year (SBLY) for their council. From these selections, an overall Small Business Leader of the Year is chosen. Greg Davis, Founder & Executive Director of Azola Creative is representing the IT Council this year. The overall SBLY for 2023 is Jackie Rowland, President, Russell Rowland, Inc.
