Rachael Tutwiler Fortune will share a practical and inspiring approach to “bridge leadership,” a model for strengthening relationships, navigating difference, and advancing meaningful outcomes in business and community.

Participants will learn how to:
•   Develop strategic, trust-based relationships that unlock opportunity
•   Engage and leverage diverse perspectives to strengthen decision-making
•   Lead with clarity and purpose in moments that require alignment across difference

This session will leave leaders with a renewed sense of how to turn connection into impact within their teams, their organizations, and the broader community.

50/50 raffle tickets can be purchased on-line or in person. Half of the money goes to support council business members through the Grant Fund. The other half is given to a lucky recipient of the day. 10 tickets for $5.
