He has led service departments, parts operations, and multi store dealership operations teams, and is now the Remote Operations Director at Bozard Ford Lincoln, where he helps lead one of the nation’s top mobile service programs. As a certified John Maxwell Leadership Coach and Speaker, he is passionate about developing strong, effective leaders in the automotive field.
