Steph first fell in love with tuk-tuks when traveling in Costa Rica (Tuk-tuks, for those not in the know, are three-wheeled, open vehicles, similar to rickshaws but motorized). The size and distinctive look of the vehicles were especially appealing to Steph who began a painstaking, six-year journey to build the perfect eco-friendly tuk-tuk (and tours) for Jacksonville.
