Celebrated for their rich blend of country, folk, and rock, the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band has been a staple of the American music scene since the 1960s.  Their unique sound, highlighted by their groundbreaking 1972 album Will The Circle Be Unbroken, has influenced generations of musicians and left an indelible mark on the landscape of American music.

The “All The Good Times: The Farewell Tour” is a tribute to the band’s storied career, showcasing classic hits and fan favorites that have defined their legacy.  Concertgoers can expect a nostalgic journey through the band's greatest songs, performed with the energy and passion that has endeared them to fans for over six decades.

For decades, the three-time GRAMMY® Award-winning Nitty Gritty Dirt Band has entertained audiences with their top-shelf musicianship and timeless hits “Mr. Bojangles,” “Fishin' In The Dark,” “An American Dream,” and many more.  And now, the time has come for the band that has carried a torch for American country and roots music to say so long to the highways and byways they’ve crossed an unimaginable number of times throughout their career.  No need to fret, this isn’t goodbye forever, but it will be the last fans see of multi-city runs and long bus rides from the group.

“‘All The Good Times’ perfectly describes our career,” said the band in a statement this week.  “Playing our music for (Nitty Gritty) Dirt Band fans all over the world has been an incredible experience for us.  The most important part of that has been the connection to our audience—that beautiful communal give and take is like nothing else.  That's the very spirit we'll be celebrating as we head into our farewell tour.  We really look forward to seeing you folks.  Good times will be had by all!”

Tickets for the “All The Good Times: The Farewell Tour” will go on sale starting September 20th at 10 a.m.  Fans are encouraged to purchase early to secure their seats for this historic performance.  Tickets can be purchased through the Florida Theatre box office (904-355-2787) and online at www.floridatheatre.com.
