JACKSONVILLE, FL (Sept. 18, 2024) – The Urban Land Institute (ULI) of North Florida proudly announces the finalists for the 2024 Awards for Excellence. The awards recognizing outstanding real estate projects and organizations throughout the District Council will be presented at the ULI North Florida Awards for Excellence Gala on Tuesday, Oct. 22, 2024, at Deerwood Castle in Jacksonville.
Honorees include projects that demonstrate excellence and best practices in the areas of planning, design, construction, management, financial viability and sustainability. ULI North Florida is also honoring Aundra Wallace, president of JAXUSA Partnership, as the District Council’s 2024 Visionary Leader.
