Community Hospice & Palliative Care to Host 34th Annual Tree of Life and Candlelight Remembrance Ceremony

November 15, 2024 (Jacksonville, Fla.) – Community Hospice & Palliative Care will host its 34th annual Tree of Life and Candlelight Remembrance ceremony on Thursday, December 5, 2024, at the Earl B. Hadlow Center for Caring in Jacksonville at 5:45 p.m. This cherished event, which is free and open to the public, offers an opportunity to honor the memory of lost loved ones through a moving program of music, reflection, and remembrance.

The Hadlow Campus will be beautifully illuminated with lights and adorned with evergreen trees decorated with ivory ribbons, each inscribed with the names of those being remembered. Special trees will also pay tribute to our youngest patients and children from the community. Whether or not a loved one received care from Community Hospice, anyone who has experienced loss is invited to participate.

By joining in the Tree of Life celebration, attendees not only honor the lives of their loved ones but also support Community Hospice's mission to deliver compassionate palliative and hospice care to families across the region.

Offsite parking will be available, and shuttle services will be provided. To have a ribbon placed in honor of a loved one, please submit their name by December 1, 2024. For more details, visit TOL.CommunityHospice.com. We invite you to be part of this heartfelt evening of remembrance.
