Community PēdsCare® Brings Holiday Cheer to Families with Candy Cane Country Christmas Event at Diamond D Ranch

December 17, 2024 (Jacksonville, Fla.) – Community PedsCare®, a pediatric palliative and hospice program of Community Hospice & Palliative Care, celebrated the holiday season with its Candy Cane Country Christmas event, held on Saturday at Diamond D Ranch in Jacksonville.

The event brought joy and holiday spirit to children and families served by Community PedsCare®, offering them a festive, outdoor experience to create cherished holiday memories.

More than 100 patients and family members joined the gathering to enjoy various holiday activities and games. Set against the rustic charm of the ranch, the families captured photos with Santa surrounded by beautiful holiday decorations and warm community spirit.

Community Hospice & Palliative Care would like to thank the many sponsors, local families, and dedicated volunteers who generously donated gifts and resources to make this event possible. The Candy Cane Country Christmas is a reflection of the community’s commitment to bringing joy and comfort to children and families facing challenging times.
