HCA Florida Orange Park Hospital Feeds 50,000 in Honor of its 50th Anniversary

Jacksonville, Florida – Dec. 23, 2024 – In celebration of its 50th anniversary, HCA Florida Orange Park Hospital is proud to announce a donation to Feeding Northeast Florida. This donation will provide 50,000 meals across the region, reinforcing the hospital’s ongoing commitment to the well-being of the community it has served for five decades.

 

For over 50 years, HCA Florida Orange Park Hospital has been a trusted healthcare provider, deeply invested in the health and vitality of Northeast Florida. As part of its anniversary celebration, the hospital has chosen to partner with Feeding Northeast Florida to address food insecurity, one of the most pressing issues in the community.

 

The $8,500 donation will directly support Feeding Northeast Florida’s mission to provide nutritious food to those in need, helping to alleviate hunger and improve the lives of local families. With this donation, the hospital is ensuring that thousands of individuals, including children, seniors and families, have access to the resources they need to thrive.

Feeding Northeast Florida is the region's largest hunger-relief organization, dedicated to distributing food to more than 495 partner agencies, including food banks, shelters and soup kitchens. This donation will help the organization provide nutritious meals to the most vulnerable populations in the area, including those struggling to make ends meet.
