JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (Jan. 16, 2025) — Smith Hulsey & Busey has named attorney Brandon A. Cook a shareholder in the firm, effective January 1, 2025.

Prior to joining SHB, Cook served as a judicial extern for Judge Harvey E. Schlesinger of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. He earned his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he served as president of the Florida Moot Court Team and editor for the University of Florida Journal of Law & Public Policy. Cook received his Bachelor of Science in political science and economics from the University of South Florida.
