May 25, 2023  What: Join ADAPT and JEA for a community conversation about JEA’s plans for the future energy mix of Northeast Florida. For more than a year, JEA leaders have met and talked with a diverse set of community stakeholders, developing a plan to guide JEA’s electric system for the next three decades. JEA’s electric Integrated Resource Plan (IRP) balances reliability, affordability and sustainability to serve JEA customers. This event marks the 8th IRP stakeholder meeting. This public event invites community members to directly participate in the discussion. Melissa Ross of WJCT Public Media will lead a panel discussion with leaders representing Northeast Florida’s energy, government, environmental, nonprofit and health care sectors, followed by a Q&A session.
