Sara Pomposo, former Market President and Publisher of the Jacksonville Business Journal, will be Vice President of Sales for Money Pages
Jacksonville, FL (April 28, 2025) – Publishing and sales executive Sara Pomposo will join Money Pages next month as the company’s Vice President of Sales.
Pomposo moved to Jacksonville in 2017 as Market President and Publisher for the Jacksonville Business Journal, the first female publisher at the business newspaper. She served that role for seven years, leaving last year to become Vice President of Marketing and Brand Strategy for BHRS Companies in Jacksonville.
The bulk of Pomposo’s career is in publishing and sales with the American City Business Journals, beginning in 2008 in various sales roles with the Tampa Bay Business Journal before moving to the company’s corporate headquarters in Charlotte in 2013. There, Pomposo served as Regional Audience Sales Director, overseeing sales teams in 13 of the company’s 40 markets across the country.
“Sara knows sales and publishing inside and out – and she’s worked hard to build relationships and understand this market as well as anyone,” Money Pages CEO Alan Worley said. “We’re in a growth mode right now – both locally and with franchises across the Southeast and Sara’s skills and experience will be invaluable as we continue to grow.”
In her new role, Pomposo will oversee the sales and graphic design teams, Worley said.
Pomposo is on the volunteer leadership team for the TaxSlayer Gator Bowl and has served on the Business Advisory Council for the Coggin College of Business at the University of North Florida. She also served on the JAX Chamber Board of Directors and is a Leadership Jacksonville graduate.

Pomposo graduated from the University of Northern Kentucky with a degree in graphic design. She lives in Jacksonville with her husband Chris and two dogs.
