| Jacksonville Children’s Chorus to Perform Abroad during 2025 Summer Tour Athens | Volos | Mykonos | Santorini | Bodrum | Rhodes | Heraklion | | | The Touring Choir is headed to Greece and Turkey! | | | The Jacksonville Children’s Chorus Touring Choir is just ten days away from an incredible summer tour to Greece and Turkey! From July 11–20, the Touring Choir will travel under the direction of President and Artistic Director, Darren Dailey, sharing their music and representing Jacksonville abroad. They’ll perform in cities such as Athens and Volos, with stops at some of the region’s most historic venues. In between concerts, singers will explore the Greek Isles, including Mykonos and Santorini. It’s sure to be an unforgettable mix of music, culture, and adventure. | | | July 12 - Athens - Pefki Municipal Varvaressos Park July 14 - Volos - Church of St Constantine and Helena July 16 - Santorini - Symposion Cultural Center July 17 - Bodrum - Bodrum Antique Theater | | | ?In previous seasons, the Touring Choir has performed across countries such as Northern Ireland, the United Kingdom, Norway, Iceland, and Germany. These tours provide valuable performance experience and meaningful cultural engagement for participating members. This tour is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for these young artists to grow both musically and culturally.
