Jacksonville, Florida, July 29, 2025 – Brooks Rehabilitation has once again been recognized as the No. 1 rehabilitation hospital in Florida and one of the top 20 in the United States, as per U.S. News & World Report’s 2025-2026 “Best Hospitals for Rehabilitation” rankings. This marks the third consecutive year Brooks has earned this prestigious accolade.

Known for its expertise in treating complex conditions such as stroke, traumatic brain injuries and spinal cord injuries, Brooks Rehabilitation continues to set the gold standard in rehabilitative care. The hospital also received an “Excellent” rating for its patient services, including advanced case management, and cutting-edge rehabilitative technologies.

Brooks is at the forefront of innovation with its use of robotic exoskeletons and neuromodulation therapies, which have shown significant improvements in patient functional performance. Additionally, the hospital has integrated unique virtual reality solutions into its offerings, further enhancing patient outcomes.

“Patients from across the globe rely on our unparalleled expertise in tackling the most challenging rehabilitation cases,” said Trevor H. Paris, M.D., FAAPMR, system chief medical officer at Brooks Rehabilitation. “For over 50 years, we’ve consistently delivered exceptional care and remarkable patient outcomes. Being named among the nation’s top 20 rehabilitation hospitals is a tremendous honor and testament to our unwavering commitment to excellence.”

The annual U.S. News & World Report rankings aim to help patients and their healthcare providers make informed decisions about where to receive exceptional care. Rankings for rehabilitation hospitals are based on an in-depth analysis of patient outcomes, the complexity of care provided, and hospital performance. Hospitals must excel in treating the most medically complex cases to secure a spot among the nation's highest-ranked facilities.
