Announcement - Prestige Workforce Celebrates 8th Anniversary |

Prestige Workforce, a leading disability employment agency, is proud to celebrate its 8th anniversary on August 15, 2025. Since our founding in 2017, we have successfully placed hundreds of individuals with disabilities into meaningful careers. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and a vendor for the State of Florida’s Vocational Rehabilitation program, our mission is to provide professional job placement to individuals facing employment barriers while simultaneously assisting community employers in increasing revenue and productivity with our skilled clients. We aim to build partnerships with exceptional companies to fill their vacancies with motivated, dependable, and reliable candidates, emphasizing the importance of work quality and skill recognition. At Prestige Workforce, we endeavor to develop top-tier applicants by utilizing their existing transferable skills and enhancing those talents for more successful and long-lasting employment outcomes. We would like to partner with local Jacksonville hiring managers and recruiters to facilitate employment opportunities for our deserving clients. It is important to note that our services are provided at no cost to you. Additionally, employers may benefit from the Work Opportunity Tax Credit, a federal program offering tax credits for hiring individuals from specific target groups who have faced employment barriers, including people with disabilities. Our CEO, Jada Williams, was recently recognized as one of the Top 20 Under 40 by Florida Black Excellence, and this year, we have observed a fifty percent increase in referrals in Jacksonville. Ms. Williams is also a proud graduate of the Jacksonville Women’s Business Center Entrepreneur Certificate Program and the Jax Bridges program.
