PulteGroup announces new community in Clay County, Murray Farms
Murray Farms features 40' and 50' single-family homesites
MIDDLEBURG, Fla. (Sept. 16, 2025) – The Northeast Florida Division of PulteGroup, one of the nation’s leading homebuilders, proudly announces plans for its newest community, Murray Farms in Clay County. Located off County Road 220 between Knight Boxx Road and College Drive, the new construction community will consist of approximately 87 single-family homesites.

A new model home is under construction and planned for opening in Fall 2025. There will be no CDD fees at Murray Farms. The community is zoned for excellent top-rated schools in the Clay County Public School District.
