Hyland Trail breaks ground on Lodge Amenity Center
GreenPointe Holdings begins amenity construction at its new Clay County community
GREEN COVE SPRINGS, Fla. (Sept. 23, 2025) – GreenPointe Holdings announces the start of construction on the Lodge Amenity Center at Hyland Trail, a recreation-first lifestyle community conveniently located near the newly opened stretch of the First Coast Expressway in Clay County. Members of the development team, including GreenPointe Holdings, Basham & Lucas Design Group, Jax Utilities Management, and Smith McKee Construction, recently gathered at the site for a commemorative groundbreaking.

The Lodge Amenity Center will feature inviting gathering spaces overlooking a beach-entry pool and splash zone.
