Big Blue Marble Academy Bartram Park is Now Accepting ELC Vouchers

The vouchers, in partnership with the Early Learning Coalition of Duval, make early
childcare programs more affordable for eligible families
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (December 2, 2025) – Big Blue Marble Academy (BBMA), a
leader in early childhood education with nearly 100 schools across nine states, is now
eligible to accept vouchers from the Early Learning Coalition of Duval.
The vouchers provide subsidies to mitigate the cost of tuition for eligible students
whose families are at or below a certain income level, adjusted for household size.
“We’re proud to be an ELC Voucher partner as it helps us to provide exceptional
child care and education to young families, regardless of their income,” said BBMA
Bartram Park Director, Kelsey Blackford.
BBMA Bartram Park also offers a Voluntary Prekindergarten program for families
with an approved certificate from the Early Learning Coalition of Duval. With
openings across all ages, this program is from 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. and follows the Duval
County school calendar. BBMA also offers an affordable wrap program – extending
the program for any hours and days the center is open.
“We love serving this community and are excited for the new families that this will
allow us to welcome into our school,” Blackford explained.
BBMA Bartram Park, located at 13926 Village Lake Circle in Jacksonville, is a School
Readiness Provider and Gold Seal Program, accredited by the National Early
Childhood Program Accreditation (NECPA). The school is open Monday through
Friday from 6:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. Interested parents can learn more and schedule a
tour here or by calling (904) 262-7788.
