Help us create an unforgettable experience for our guests!
We are looking for 50+ enthusiastic volunteers to join us throughout the event weekend and play a vital role in bringing this incredible event to life. Volunteer opportunities include Event Prep & Set-Up, Registration (check-in and check-out), and General Floater Roles that will assist as Greeters, Auction Assistance, Mission Moment Station Attendants, Photo Station Attendants, Live Auction “Spotters,” and support with event breakdown.

Thursday, May 14 – Songwriters' Night Kick off the weekend with an intimate evening featuring renowned Nashville songwriters sharing the stories—and performances—behind their biggest hits. Featured Artists: Kelley Lovelace, Eric Paslay, Derric Rutan, Rivers Rutherford
Friday, May 15 – Pairings Party & The Jam Meet your golf foursome at the Pairings Party, then rock the night away at The Jam—a high-energy concert featuring rock and roll legends. Featured Artists: Al Paris formerly of Kool and the Gang), David Cook, Fastball, Jack Hues (Wang Chung), Jeff “Skunk” Baxter (formerly of Steely Dan and the Doobie Brothers), Mark McGrath (Sugar Ray), Mike Mills (R.E.M), and Simon Kirke (Bad Company)
Saturday, May 16 – Saturday Night Soirée Walk the red carpet, enjoy a gourmet dinner, bid in exciting auctions, and experience a powerful St. Jude mission moment. Entertainment by SIXWIRE & Friends.

FAQs:
· Arrival time and Ending Time: Varies based on individual events and volunteer roles
· Pre-Event Training: There will be 2 scheduled Virtual “Meet and Greets” the week before the event so that you can learn more and be prepared for the night of event.
· Dress Attire: (Business Attire) Black top and bottom (dress, skirt, slacks) and comfortable shoes
· Safety and Security: There is no place to lock up valuables. Phones, keys, etc. must remain with you at all time
· Dinner and snacks will be provided
· Parking: Parking is available at the venue.
· Volunteers must be 18+ of age
