New Storefront Expands Xfinity’s Retail Presence in Duval County and Provides More Convenience for Local Residents in the Arlington Neighborhood Comcast is celebrating the grand opening of its newest Xfinity Store in Northeast Florida, marking its 6th store in the city of Jacksonville. Located at 9301 Atlantic Boulevard, Suite 101, Jacksonville, FL 32225, the approximately 1,100-square-foot store features an interactive, modern design that gives residents the opportunity to explore the full suite of Xfinity products and services. Local leaders, community partners and Xfinity team members gathered June 17th for a ribbon cutting ceremony at the new Jacksonville Xfinity Store. The new storefront further strengthens Xfinity’s retail presence in Duval County, joining five additional Xfinity Stores serving customers across Jacksonville. “On behalf of the Jacksonville City Council, thank you for the significant investment you’ve made here with this new Xfinity store. As a longtime resident, I’m always glad to see when businesses invest in the community,” said Councilman Ken Amaro, City Council District 1, Jacksonville. “When I walk into a business, I want people to be glad that I’m there. I’ve seen that kind of spirit here already.” Guests explore Xfinity products and services inside the new Jacksonville store during the grand opening celebration. The grand opening event featured remarks from Tracye Polson, Ph.D., L.C.S.W., Director of State and Federal Advocacy and Public Private Partnerships for the City of Jacksonville, Councilman Ken Amaro, Sonya Morales-Marchisillo of the JAX Chamber Arlington Council, and Samuel Waltzer, Senior Manager of Government Affairs for Comcast’s Florida Region. “We’re proud to open this new Xfinity store and continue expanding our presence here in Jacksonville,” said Samuel Waltzer, Senior Manager of Government Affairs for Comcast’s Florida Region. “At Comcast, we’re focused on meeting our customers where they are, and that includes creating spaces like this, where people can connect with our team and experience our products firsthand.” During the program, Comcast presented a $5,000 check to Five STAR Veterans Center to support its work serving local veterans. The donation will help advance the organization’s mission to provide resources, stability and ongoing support for veterans in the Jacksonville community.
