GreenPointe Holdings begins amenity construction at new Punta Gorda community
PUNTA GORDA, Fla. (Oct. 1, 2026) – GreenPointe Holdings has begun construction on The Branch amenity campus at Turnleaf, a new master-planned community in Punta Gorda on Florida’s Southwest Coast. Members of the development team, including GreenPointe Holdings, Curran Young Construction and South Florida Architecture, recently gathered at the site to mark the milestone with a groundbreaking ceremony.

Reserved exclusively for Turnleaf residents and their guests, the new 2.5-acre amenity campus will feature 5,500 square feet of club facilities and a full suite of resort-style amenities. A 5,600-square-foot pool, complete with lap lanes, generous sundeck and gathering spaces, will serve as the centerpiece for recreation and socializing, while The Branch will be home to a host of community events and provide the perfect place for neighbors to connect.
