Homes from 1,900 to 4,400 square feet will start in the mid-$500s
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (October 15, 2026) — The PARC Group, the award-winning master developer of EverRange, today shared new details about Sagebrush, the community’s latest neighborhood. Sagebrush will bring 298 homesites and family-friendly parks to the growing community.
Homes in Sagebrush will be larger than those in Mariposa, EverRange's first neighborhood, which features the same six builders: David Weekley Homes, Dostie Homes, ICI Homes, Providence Homes, Riverside Homes and Toll Brothers. The PARC Group originally announced Sagebrush in September 2025, when it unveiled the EverRange vision.

Homes will range from approximately 1,900 to 4,400 square feet, with prices starting in the mid-$500s. Sales are expected to begin in the coming months. Set amid Florida's landscape, the community will feature several parks, including green spaces with benches and an entrance park with a playground.

A Connected Community Shaped by Nature
EverRange is a new master-planned community located off Philips Highway/U.S. 1 between The PARC Group's existing communities, eTown and Nocatee. Approximately half of its land is preserved for green space, trails and native Florida landscape.
Three neighborhoods are now selling with model homes open: Mariposa, with single-family homes; Regency, a 55-and-older neighborhood by Toll Brothers; and The Ridge, energy-efficient townhomes by Dream Finders Homes. In addition, 275 luxury apartments at Garrett at EverRange are under construction, with the initial phase anticipated to open in late 2027.
A planned connection to The Exchange, eTown's town center, will link the two communities.
