Dapper D’s Cigar Lounge, H2 Health St. Johns physical therapy, Scenthound St. Johns, and Salon Honey + Sage are planning to open in August 2023. Businesses planning to open in September 2023 include Apex Krav Maga and 4Ever Young Anti-Aging Solutions.
They join The Dolly Llama Waffle Master, which opened in July 2023, and JaxSpice at St. Johns, which opened in May 2023

Construction is underway on Jacksonville University’s location at The Fountains at St. Johns. Opening in 2024, the location will be used as an educational facility for Jacksonville University’s healthcare sciences programs.
Cross Regions Group’s The Fountains at St. Johns is a mixed-use medical and retail development that includes Ascension St. Vincent’s Health Center - St. Johns on 34 acres. In process or under construction are a 141-room Home 2 Suites by Hilton hotel, 174 upscale apartments with 25,000 square feet of retail on first floor, 276 apartments from Madison Capital, a 13,000-square-foot facility for Chappell Schools, and a Town Square with 35,000 square feet of retail and restaurants. Future plans include an assisted living facility and wellness center.
