JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – April 13, 2023 – Springfield Preservation and Revitalization Council (SPAR) is pleased to announce the 44th Historic Springfield Tour of Homes and Gardens taking place on May 13 and 14, 2023 from 12 noon to 5 pm in Jacksonville’s oldest neighborhood. This annual fundraiser for SPAR is once again joined by The Akers Group with Coldwell Banker Vanguard Realty, who will be the presenting sponsors for the tour which brings over 1000 visitors into the community.
During the two-day event, attendees will find six properties to tour: a combination of interior spaces decorated with a mix of modern and vintage styling as well as backyard gardens. The tour check-in venue will be at the SPAR Building located at 1321 North Main Street starting at 12 noon both days.

Historic Springfield is a wonderful place to live and play,” Kelly Lezama, SPAR Board President said. ”The organization has helped highlight continuous growth and progress in the community and we are proud to see the tradition of the Historic Springfield Tour of Homes and Gardens continue in the City of Jacksonville.”
Early bird pricing will be $15 with $20 tickets purchased on the day of tour. A tour map and guide will be provided to all guests at 1321 North Main Street when guests check in at the SPAR Building. Many will walk or bike the tour route, but some may wish to drive. There will also be shuttles with pick-up and drop-off at designated spots during the tour.
