JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (Sept. 12, 2023) – The Northeast Division of PulteGroup, one of the nation’s leading home builders, proudly announces plans for its second Centex community, Normandy Pines in West Jacksonville. Located off of Normandy Boulevard, the community will consist of approximately 107 townhomes.
