The inception of Hearts 4 Minds was born from a deeply personal tragedy. Sheryl's son, Alex, lost his battle with depression and anxiety in 2017. In memory of Alex and in pursuit of a greater purpose, Sheryl founded Hearts 4 Minds with a mission to eradicate the stigma surrounding mental health issues, enhance mental health care quality, serve as a vital resource for mental health education, and connect those in need with professional help.
