Accomplished OB/GYN Researcher Brings Skilled Expertise to Orange Park

(Jacksonville, Fl.) – September 29, 2023 HCA Florida Orange Park Hospital is excited to announce distinguished physician and accomplished researcher, Dr. Irene Moridi, will serve as the newest OB/GYN physician for HCA Florida Orange Park Women’s Health. 

Dr. Moridi hails from Washington, D.C. where she most recently served as Clinical Instructor for the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology with Howard University Hospital. She earned her medical degree with high distinction from Birjand University and pursued a post-doctoral fellowship at Yale, further advancing her expertise in reproductive medicine. She has conducted research on several fertility-related topics, including improving treatments for patients with endometriosis, PCOS, fibroids, and ovarian aging.

“My ultimate goal is to empower my patients, promote reproductive health, and contribute to a future where everyone has equal opportunities for a healthy and fulfilling journey. I firmly believe in the power of education, research, and advocacy to create positive change in reproductive medicine,” says Dr. Moridi.
