Additional Counties Added and Deadline Approaching for Physical Damage Loans for NonProfit Organizations in Florida

ATLANTA – The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) announced today that Baker, Charlotte, Duval, and Nassau counties in Florida are now included as primary counties in the disaster declaration for eligible PNP organizations to apply for low-interest disaster loans for damages as a result of Hurricane Idalia that occurred Aug. 27 through Sept. 4, 2023. Eligible PNP organizations in the following Florida counties may apply: Baker, Charlotte, Citrus, Dixie, Duval, Franklin, Gadsden, Hamilton, Hernando, Lafayette, Leon, Levy, Madison, Nassau, Suwannee, Taylor, and Wakulla. Examples of eligible non-critical PNP organizations include, but are not limited to, food kitchens, homeless shelters, museums, libraries, community centers, schools, and colleges.
