Volunteers in Medicine to Honor Women with Heart at Eighth Annual Signature Luncheon Event

JACKSONVILLE, FL (January 22, 2024) – Volunteers in Medicine Jacksonville (VIM), one of Northeast Florida’s best-loved free clinics serving working adults, is looking forward to their much-anticipated annual event: the Women with Heart Luncheon on February 7, 2024 at the Florida Blue Conference Center. The Women with Heart honorees are remarkable community leaders selected for their commitment to the advancement of the health of Northeast Florida.

Dr. Parrish is a Jacksonville humanitarian and visionary who dedicated her career to serving at-risk children and families. VIM’s Women with Heart events are known for their excitement! Fun extras include the opportunity to purchase one of 150 tickets for a drawing for a Tiffany’s diamond heart necklace. Valued at $3,000, the necklace features a heart pendant in 18k gold with round brilliant diamonds. Second through sixth place winners will receive a Kendra Scott Ari Gold Pave Crystal Heart Necklace. The drawing will be held at the luncheon on February 7th but it is not necessary to be present to win. Other extras include “goodie bags” for each attendee; VIM’s goodie bags have been voted the “best gift bag at a charity luncheon in Jacksonville,” and each includes product from Bacardi.
