In-store Heart Health Clinic provides educational guidance and much needed healthcare services related to heart health
Jacksonville, FL – Walgreens will host a Heart Health Clinic at a local Walgreens store in Jacksonville, Florida alongside First Coast American Heart Association, where heart disease accounts for approximately 2 out of 10 deaths in Florida.1 The clinic will provide education, guidance and information to customers and patients about Walgreens Heart Health resources including details on participating in clinical trials. During the clinic, customers and patients will also be able to receive free blood pressure screenings, free flu and routine vaccinations and hands-only CPR demonstrations. The event is part of Walgreens goal to offer convenient, consumer-centric healthcare solutions, build trust with community members and guide them to improve their overall health.
