PulteGroup opens for sales with new models featuring new home designs at new Wildlight community, Hawthorn Park

Limited opportunities remaining at nearby Forest Park at Wildlight

 

WILDLIGHT, Fla. (March 12, 2024) – The Northeast Florida Division of PulteGroup, one of the nation’s leading home builders, proudly announces the opening of sales and three decorated model homes featuring new home designs at Hawthorn Park, a new construction, single-family home neighborhood from Pulte Homes at Wildlight, a master-planned mixed-use development in Nassau County.

Homes range in size from 1,775 square feet to 3,266 square feet of living space. In addition to the new model homes, Pulte is building several Quick Move-in homes at Hawthorn Park. There are also limited Quick Move-in Homes at nearby Forest Park at Wildlight, where Pulte Homes is nearly sold out.
