Jacksonville, Florida - March 14, 2024 – Florida-based England-Thims & Miller, Inc. (ETM) received the Collaboration Award at the 2024 Esri Partner Conference (EPC) held March 10–11, 2024 in Palm Springs, California. This award was presented to ETM for a successful customer win due to partner-to-partner collaboration with OpenGov.
ETM and OpenGov's synergy has resulted in groundbreaking GIS and Asset Management solutions, partnering to serve over 200 clients together. Leveraging ETM's expertise in GIS consulting and managed services and OpenGov's cutting-edge asset management software, the partnership has resulted in the resolution of clients’ diverse challenges and an enhanced overall user experience.
A notable project born from this collaborative effort is the capturing and converting of community assets for Florida's Ave Maria Utility Company. Facilitated through OpenGov's connection, ETM employed ArcGIS Pro and leveraged Esri’s GeoAI technology to extract assets across the extensive geographic area of the Ave Maria Utility Company.
The generated data was seamlessly imported and integrated into OpenGov Asset Management, resulting in a streamlined process for managing physical and technical assets. This transformative project improved stakeholder satisfaction and significantly enhanced the decision-making processes for the Ave Maria Utility Company.
