Accolades include six awards for Best Model Home and Best Interior Merchandising
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (March 21, 2024) – The Northeast Florida Division of PulteGroup, one of the nation’s leading homebuilders, was honored by the Northeast Florida Builders Association with 26 awards at its Laurel Awards celebration.

PulteGroup received six awards for its model homes showcasing Pulte’s consumer-inspired floor plans and curated design options. Best Model Home awards were presented to the Oakhurst in Double Branch, the Mystique in The Preserve at Bannon Lakes, the Stardom in Del Webb Wildlight and the Thompson in Wells Landing. The Oakhurst in Double Branch and the Stardom in Del Webb Wildlight also received Best Interior Merchandising awards.
