the link and Sapna Foundation Unveil Circle of Creation: The Expansion Project

Seven-month series will empower women from different career levels and backgrounds

PONTE VEDRA, Fla, March 7– the link, an innovation center in Nocatee, has announced the launch of Circle of Creation: The Expansion Project, aimed at providing support and empowerment for professional women in achieving their career goals.

Co-founder of the link and Sapna Foundation Gurpreet Misra’s inspiration for the project stemmed from a pressing question: despite the significant number of women graduating at the top of their class, why are so few able to ascend to high-level executive positions? Recognizing the need for greater support, Misra sought to create a platform where women could come together to share their dreams, challenges, and experiences.

Circle of Creation is designed to foster continuous growth, transformation, and collective empowerment among its members. Through a series of seven monthly sessions, starting from April and leading up to Sapna Foundation’s annual EnterCircle Summit in November, participants will engage in discussions, activities, and networking opportunities focused on personal and professional development.

The sessions will cover a diverse range of themes, with the inaugural session on April 10 focusing on business funding and finding your money personality. Each two-hour meeting will feature expert speakers, interactive activities aimed at fostering self-awareness and understanding, and opportunities for networking beyond traditional means.

The atmosphere of the event is designed to be welcoming and supportive of women of all ages, backgrounds, career levels and industries. Each session will blend fun and information with a social hour, expert insights on the topics, networking opportunity, music and more.

Keeli Scarlett, storyteller and communications manager at the link, emphasized the project's goal of transcending traditional networking. "We want it to go beyond networking," Scarlett explained. "We want it to be like: What are your needs? … How can we be a support group for each other?"

To ensure that the impact of the sessions extends beyond the meeting room, members will have access to each other outside of the meetings. Misra underscored the importance of maintaining connections beyond the physical gatherings. "Once you’re out of the room, you are still connected," she said.

In November, members will have the opportunity to share their experiences with Circle of Creation during EnterCircle, a summit themed "serendipity." By creating a space for unexpected connections and opportunities, the summit aims to further empower participants in their personal and professional journeys.

Participants who complete all seven sessions will receive a certificate of completion, recognizing their commitment to growth and empowerment.

Attendance is free for members of the link. Wine and refreshments will be provided.
